We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer a lifetime guarantee?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. Electric Picks offers a lifetime guarantee on our jewelry. If your piece experiences tarnishing or breakage due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it for you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
